Since this service is rendered prior to shipping even canceled orders will not be refunded. Most orders are shipped within one business day, but can take up to five. Any dispute, lawsuit, or claim against HyundaiAutoParts.com or any name by which HyundaiAutoParts.com does business under must be venue in Los Angeles, California, U.S.A. We reserve the right to change or amend any term, condition, or warranty contained on this site or in our literature at any time for any reason.

Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement or our services shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the commercial arbitration rules of the American Arbitration Association. Any such controversy or claim shall be arbitrated on an individual basis, and shall not be consolidated in any arbitration with any claim or controversy of any other party. The arbitration shall be conducted in Los Angeles, California, and judgment on the arbitration award may be entered into any court having jurisdiction thereof.

Any package over 15 pounds may be charged an additional $0.65 per pound at the time of shipping. You will be notified by email of the additional charge after your order is shipped.

There is an additional charge for Second Day Shipping. This charge is  $1.50 per pound. You will be notified by email of the additional charge after  your order is shipped.

US Military and Addresses will be shipped US Mail. Ground shipping will be shipped Standard Mail (est. delivery time to 2-4 weeks). Second Day shipment will be shipped US Priority Mail (est. delivery time 2-5 days). 

All Orders Shipped to Japan will be sent UPS Expedited (estimated delivery time 3-5 days). Shipping and handling charges cover the first 10 pound, $4.00 US will be charged to your credit card for every pound over 10. You will be notified via email 24 hours prior to shipping if extra charges apply. (If you wish to cancel your order you must do it within of being notified or your account will be charged and order shipped.)

HyundaiAutoParts.com is a United States based company that primarily sells part to commercial accounts and residents in the United States. If you wish to order a part that is to be shipped out of the United States (any address that does not have a US zip code) then arrangements and approval must be given. We apologize for the inconvenience but for the protection of our international customers and our requirement to follow U.S. export laws we must ask for you to get a county approval. We will not ship to some counties due to US export laws and that county's import laws. Any part purchased on HyundaiAutoParts.com website can be returned for a refund within the first 30 days of purchase. The part must be unused, in its original package (no wrapping or seals can be broken), and must be in resalable condition. Once an order has been shipped, the customer must follow all return procedures.  If the wrong part is shipped then HyundaiAutoParts.com will absorb all expenses in the return of the part. A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returns (except incorrectly packaged returns).  Please review our full Return policy. 

This guarantee is for noncommercial orders only and can not be combined with any other offer. This offer only applies to in-stock items and quantities on hand.
